Join our growing Agency Team, providing high-quality care and support across our home care services. As an Agency Care & Support Worker, you'll cover shifts where you're needed most, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
What you'll do:
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
Support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship.
Work across different locations and care packages as required.
Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care.
What we're looking for:
Previous care experience (preferred).
A caring, reliable, and flexible approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Commitment to providing outstanding care.

Please note: As an agency worker, flexibility is essential. While shifts are booked in advance, visits and locations may occasionally change at short notice to meet urgent care needs. Work is offered on an ad hoc basis, allowing you the freedom to accept or decline assignments before they are agreed.
