We pride ourselves on our industry leading technology, product knowledge and most of all, our reputable customer service. Harnessing a deep understanding of biomechanics, product knowledge and our renowned gait analysis, we match customers with the most suitable pair of trainers and insoles for their individual biomechanics and needs.
We are looking to expand our team! The Technical Consultant role will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining our high standards
- Stock management and merchandising
- Till and stock system operations
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- A genuine interest in Running, Fitness and/or Sports Science
- A confident, positive and helpful approach to engage with customers
- Reliable, hardworking and trustworthy
Preferred criteria:
- Availability to also work Mondays
- Study sports science with some knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
- Extensive training on biomechanics, gait analysis and running products
Holiday entitlement, staff discount on product and running events, performance based bonus schemes.
