The predicted salary is between 7 - 11 £ per hour.

Full Time, Term Time (39 Weeks per year). Fixed Term until 31 January 2028. Salary: National Minimum Wage for age, per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with children and adults.
  • Support children aged 7-11 in any year group or in 1:1/small group settings with SEND children, including aspects of personal care.
  • Assist with classroom work, group work, intervention sessions, and outdoor activities during lunchtimes, break times, as well as before/after school activities.
  • Maintain a flexible and reliable presence within the school community.

Qualifications

  • Reliable, flexible, and communicative.
  • Experience or willingness to work with children aged 7-11 and SEND children.

Requirements

  • Willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
