The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
A fun and varied role supporting the team to deliver great experiences across live music, live sport, exhibitions, theatre shows and Park events. A front of house role working across all areas of Ally Pally including bars, cloakroom, box office, welcome desks, VIP hospitality areas and access platforms. It is essential that you are a team player who is friendly and approachable with previous customer service experience. The hourly rate is: £13.85
Responsibilities
- Engage with Ally Pally visitors working as part of an effective visitor services team
- Support box office and ticketing operations
- Some admin duties such as logging lost property, and responding to enquiries
- Support operational teams site-wide which may include working in the East Court, Victorian Theatre, Palm Court Info Point, Cloakroom, Park and other areas
- Prepare units for opening at the start of the day/event and close down at the end of day/event
This is a casual role with shifts offered on an as and when needed basis. Please note that due to event operations, availability of shifts is often during evenings and weekends. Candidates must be over 18, and have the right to work in the UK. Applications will be shortlisted on receipt. Recruitment days are expected to take place on Monday 23 and Wednesday 25 February. Candidates must be available to attend one of these dates.
