JOB DETAILS
Purpose of Role
To be an ambassador and representative of the brand, conveying the brand's philosophies and values to clients and colleagues. To drive and achieve sales and to foster customer relations and general brand awareness. The position combines responsibility for the day-to-day running of the retail premises with specific administrative operations.
Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience as buyer, administrative assistant or senior sales associate in a fashion environment
- Excellent knowledge of millinery and headwear
- Excellent understanding of buying processes and order fulfilment
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with social media
- Excellent customer-relations skills
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art and design
- Experience in Luxury or Premium preferred
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming and serving customers, providing an excellent and unique instore experience of the brand at all times
- Facilitating sales and appointments on the shop floor
- Processing and packing online sales, coordinating deliveries and returns
- Taking ownership of several administrative operations, including but not limited to:
- Liaising with influencers and PR firms
- Coordinating press loans and returns
- Drafting and formatting monthly subscriber emails
- Maintaining and expanding client lists
- Establishing relationships with new stockists and coordinating B2B orders
- Organising photoshoots
- Liaising with web developer and social media team as necessary
- Assisting with in store and external event planning and set up as necessary
The role is located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire - 30 minutes door to door from Marylebone Station.
