We are seeking a dedicated, flexible, and proactive Team Leader to join our Strategic Provider Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of care delivery across our service areas, with a focus on consistency, quality, and responsiveness.
About the Role:
- Support care operations across all five of our branches, including River Exe.
- Must be available to adapt quickly to changing service needs.
- Requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work with minimal personal commitments that could affect availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service user sign‑ups and onboarding.
- Conducting spot checks and quality audits.
- Providing staff supervision and support.
- Supporting the delivery of care packages and stepping in where needed.
- Being trained and competent in complex care needs, with a willingness to upskill continuously.
- Maintaining excellent communication and documentation standards.
- Upholding compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies.
About You:
- Proven experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential.
- Willing and able to work across multiple branches and travel to River Exe.
- Highly reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting service continuity.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- Confident in supervising staff and managing care delivery in the field.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, medication, and person‑centred care.
- Computer Skills needed.
