Salary: £14.00 per hour Weekday, £17.00 per hour Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated, flexible, and proactive Team Leader to join our Strategic Provider Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of care delivery across our service areas, with a focus on consistency, quality, and responsiveness.

About the Role:

  • Support care operations across all five of our branches, including River Exe.
  • Must be available to adapt quickly to changing service needs.
  • Requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work with minimal personal commitments that could affect availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service user sign‑ups and onboarding.
  • Conducting spot checks and quality audits.
  • Providing staff supervision and support.
  • Supporting the delivery of care packages and stepping in where needed.
  • Being trained and competent in complex care needs, with a willingness to upskill continuously.
  • Maintaining excellent communication and documentation standards.
  • Upholding compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential.
  • Willing and able to work across multiple branches and travel to River Exe.
  • Highly reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting service continuity.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Confident in supervising staff and managing care delivery in the field.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, medication, and person‑centred care.
  • Computer Skills needed.
