Alexanders is a leading, independent, forward-thinking, premium estate agent with four offices across the East Midlands and further offices planned. We are recruiting a Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 agent in the East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding marketing team within an independent estate agency. The right applicant will be experienced, motivated, driven, and excited about joining a forward-thinking and cutting-edge property firm.
The Role:
- Take professional level property photographs in order to help form a comprehensive marketing package for our vendors.
- Use your creativity to develop fun, interesting and engaging photo and graphic content, relevant to our customer base and within our brand guidelines.
- Proactively assist in managing social media output and learn what types of content drives activity and views on our social media channels.
- Work with other departments to assist the development of social media timelines coinciding with upcoming events/listings, ad campaigns or other brand messages.
Who we’re looking for:
- Ideally a candidate with previous professional photography experience and/or social media management. However, this is not essential to have both, we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn.
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for property and a flair for creativity, with the ability to identify opportunities for our business.
- A people person who thrives within a team environment, working well and confidently with others - though equally reliable when working on your own initiative.
- Able to effectively prioritise workloads & remain calm in pressurised circumstances.
- Agility in a fast-paced environment is key.
- Access to own camera and kit is a plus, but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time 9am - 5.30pm plus weekend availability (9am - 1pm) every other Saturday. Part-time position considered.
