We are a well‑established, family‑run window and door company based in Hazel Grove, and we are looking for a Part‑time Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This is a role supporting our domestic sales team.
Hours: 20–25 per week, 11am‑4pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour
The role would suit someone with previous administration experience in a busy environment. The successful candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- The ability to prioritise their workload in line with business needs, multi‑task effectively, and think on their feet
- A polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and timekeeping
- Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office
Key duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries that come in by phone and email
- Diary management
- Supporting the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and general admin tasks
- Providing polite and professional customer support
- Showroom cover, including meeting & greeting customers
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays, typically 1 in 3
