As a leader in the Green Tech industry our bespoke facility in Irvine is equipped with a manufacturing line that has state-of-the-art technology. Job Description Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the Production Administrator will play a key part in coordinating the planning activities of production, loading and dispatch to achieve production output, minimizing downtime and driving ongoing improvement while optimizing the manufacturing process for increased productivity. Our clients range from private individuals to the most prestigious national building and construction companies. Responsibilities Manage delivery program Manage and update Production Schedules o Loads, Saws, Kits, Gables, Floors, Internals, Trusses, Joists Prepare works orders for individual loads & factory processes Prepare manufacturing data/files o Saw data & optimization o Wall line files o Internal Frame maker files Dispatch orders for loaded trailers Producing stock data for stock checks Enter production data into spreadsheets/database as required Skills Profile Computer literate, competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Dependable with a Flexible approach to working. Enthusiastic & self-motivated and ability to motivate the team. Results driven whilst participating in a team environment. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Excellent attention to detail.
