Our client who are a leading food manufacturing business in Aberdeenshire is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role As the Technical Account Manager, you will: * Serve as the primary technical liaison for major retail customers, addressing their needs and queries. * Develop and manage food specifications to align with customer requirements and expectations. * Ensure compliance with BRC standards and support audit preparation processes. * Implement and maintain HACCP systems (minimum Level 3 certification required). * Drive food safety initiatives, holding a Food Safety Level 2 or 3 qualification. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and technical solutions. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Strong technical expertise and experience in the food manufacturing industry. * A proven track record of managing technical relationships with major retailers. * Experience in creating and managing detailed food specifications. * Comprehensive knowledge of BRC standards and compliance requirements. * Relevant qualifications in HACCP (Level 3 minimum) and Food Safety (Level 2 or 3). * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
