Our client is a high-quality food brand known for its innovative products and strong market presence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Planning Lead to take ownership of their supply chain planning processes and drive efficiency across the business.

The Role

As Supply Planner , you will be responsible for demand and supply planning , ensuring the right stock levels are maintained while optimizing costs and service levels. You will work closely with teams across supply chain, sales, and operations to support business growth and improve planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee demand and supply planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and stock management
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimize production and inventory
• Work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to align planning with business needs
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through effective use of forecasting tools and ERP systems

About You

• Strong experience in demand and supply planning within the FMCG or food industry
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Strong communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting tools
