A successful food manufacturing business is seeking a National Account Executive. The role involves managing key customer relationships and driving the performance of both private label products and the company’s branded portfolio.
Key Customer Responsibilities:
- Manage the interface between the business and customers across Buying, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams.
- Ensure all customer quotations meet company margin requirements and address any cost implications or sensitivities.
- Identify, develop, and manage strong relationships with key accounts.
- Present, promote, and sell products using clear, compelling commercial arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Your Role Will Involve:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related discipline.

- Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled applications.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
