Production Manager Location: West Yorkshire Night Shift | 6pm 6am Alexander Steele Recruitment is managing the recruitment of a Production Manager for a large, fast-paced and highly successful FMCG manufacturer based in West Yorkshire. This is a key leadership position, responsible for the full manufacturing operation throughout the night, managing a team of approximately 25 30 people and acting as the main point of contact for the wider operation during the shift. The Role * Take full ownership of the production operation throughout the night shift, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and output targets are achieved. * Lead and develop a team of 25 30 production employees, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. * Act as the key operational decision-maker on shift, resolving issues quickly and effectively. * Monitor performance across production, waste, downtime, quality and labour. * Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and other departments to maintain smooth operations. * Drive continuous improvement and consistently look for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. * Ensure strong communication and effective handovers between shifts.
