We are currently supporting them with the recruitment of a Process Technologist for their site in Leicestershire.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of NPD the Process Technologist ensures that products developed can be successfully and efficiently manufactured on a commercial scale. Working cross functionally, the Process Technologist will ensure products uphold quality, safety, and consistency from concept right through to launch.
Key accountabilities:
* Organise and manage factory trials, ensuring all relevant data is captured in line with NPD procedure guidelines.
* Develop and test recipes, creating concept samples for evaluation.
* Work closely with the the wider NPD team to gather product knowledge and support with product launches.
* Support NPD projects from concept to launch.
* Work cross functionally and communicate trials results and project updates.
* Work cross functionally in sourcing, designing and testing packaging types and materials.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain packaging and ingredient samples keeping up to date with the latest innovations.
Candidate requirements:
* At least 3 years experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
* Operational and factory process experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* IT literate – ability to use and present from Powerpoint and Excel
* A proactive team player
* Good communication skills and confidence dealing professionally with internal and external stakeholders
