On behalf of our client, a well-established and forward-thinking food manufacturer, we are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their leadership team at their Glasgow site. This office-based role is highly strategic in nature and requires a commercially minded individual who can balance operational efficiency with long-term planning and cost control. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead production performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
