Based in Bottesford, the role offers a salary of up to £41,500 per annum plus great benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, alternating between early shifts (06:00 - 14:00) and late shifts (14:00 - 22:00).
What you’ll do:
- Manage highly specialised equipment in our factories.
- Fix breakdowns and carry out planned maintenance.
- Develop improvements and support the strategy of investment and installation of new equipment.
- React to breakdowns and fix problems.
- Assist with capital project installations.
- Work in a culture that supports proactive work to ensure equipment reliability and implement improvements.
The site is well invested with many new machines, including equipment specifically developed for the portioning and packaging of cheese. There will be substantial investment in the future to further secure the site's future and support growth.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, an apprentice-trained multi-skilled engineer, electrical engineer, electrician, or experience in a manufacturing environment.
