We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on our production lines, as well as diagnosing and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will also be involved in performing regular inspections, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and keeping accurate documentation of all maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Support site to meet KPI's and annual targets
- Lead on improvement projects
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role
- Electrically biased with mechanical experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Fault-finding skills
- You must have a Full UK Driving license / or the ability to commute to site as per your shift pattern
This position is working rotational day and night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off, basis. The salary for this role is £49,340 per annum which is inclusive of shift allowance.
