Multi Skilled Engineer Alexander Steele is recruiting a multi skilled engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Norfolk. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimising food production machinery and processes. What’s on Offer: * Paying up to Β£52,000 * 24 days holiday * Company pension * Overtime rate – 1.4x * 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts) Responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors and packaging machines. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. * The successful candidate must be familiar with process machinery or equivalent equipment. Background Experience: * HNC, HND or degree in Electrical, or related engineering field. * 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment. * Strong fault-finding skills * Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels. * Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
