We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy supply chain operation within a successful and established UK business. This is a varied role combining logistics planning, transport coordination and supply chain administration. You will help ensure orders are planned accurately, dispatched efficiently and delivered in line with agreed service levels.
Working closely with transport providers, warehouse partners and internal teams, you will play an important role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly across both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders from planning through to dispatch and delivery
- Work with hauliers and logistics partners to ensure transport is planned effectively
- Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues that may impact service
- Coordinate warehouse collections and dispatch activity
- Support export shipments and international logistics requirements
- Maintain accurate order, delivery and transport information across internal systems
- Check transport charges and supporting documentation
- Liaise closely with supply chain, warehouse and operational teams
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service levels
