Alexander Steele Recruitment are excited to be working with this successful food manufacturing business based in Kent, who now have a requirement to bring in a Factory General Manager. Due to some internal changes due to a promotion, our client is now looking externally to bring in a new Factory General Manager In this role you will take ownership of a complex, manufacturing site, covering Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Engineering across the business. For this role you will report into the MD. You will help to update & improve processes and systems to increase standards and performance across the business providing, accurate & timely reporting on departmental performance so previous experience of this is essential. You will be tasked with managing the day to day requirements through a team of 10 direct reports but you will also have responsibility of driving & developing strategy and advising the board of directors.
