The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, improving processes, and leading teams through both steady-state operations and peak seasonal demand periods.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily operational activities across production and supply chain functions
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate closely with senior leadership to support business objectives and growth plans
- Develop and maintain strong team culture, accountability, and communication
- Oversee seasonal operational scaling during peak trading periods
