The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, improving processes, and leading teams through both steady-state operations and peak seasonal demand periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operational activities across production and supply chain functions

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation
