What you will do:
- As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates
- Meeting individual and team targets with a focus on results
- Continuously developing your market knowledge and personal brand
