Overview:
As a Technical Graduate you will play a key role in supporting the accurate preparation, maintenance, and delivery of technical specifications and product documentation. This role ensures our products are correctly aligned with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, R&D, QA/QC) and external clients to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of food manufacturing and ingredient solutions. This role is designed to build a strong foundation for a long-term career within the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the preparation and maintenance of technical data sheets, product specifications, and application guidelines
· Assist the Technical team in interpreting customer requirements and aligning them with appropriate products
· Provide technical input for product specification packages, including substrates, surface preparation, and application conditions
· Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and production to ensure product conformity to specifications
· Help respond to customer technical queries, providing accurate and timely information
· Track and update changes to regulatory compliance, certifications, and testing protocols
· Contribute to the digitalization and streamlining of technical documentation and resources
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and customer service
· Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistency and compliance of products
