I have a fantastic role with a market leading Food Manufacturer who operate multiple sites in the UK. Our client is now in the market for a Technical Coordinator to be based at their site in Oxfordshire, near Brackley.

The Technical Coordinator role focuses on the factory requirements, reporting into the Group Technical Director and Site GM. You will have overall responsibility for quality, food safety, hygiene and site integrity standards across the site and own the site’s Quality & Food Safety policy.

This is a large food manufacturing site servicing multiple customers, so we need an experienced candidate who enjoys being in the factory and is able to be organised, precise and accurate at all times to maintain the customers' expectations of product quality.

You must have experience with fast moving, short shelf life food manufacturing environments such as Food To Go, Ready Meals, Bakery, Meat Processing, Fresh Produce, etc. Extensive experience in supplying major UK retailers and maintaining BRC accreditation is also required. Ideally, you will have a Food Science degree or equivalent qualification.

My client will offer a starting salary of up to £45k. Your normal working hours are 37.5 per week, ideally from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Holidays: 25 days + all bank holidays

Pension: Employee minimum 4%, Employer 5%
