Key responsibilities will include

  • Providing technical information and guidance to internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Supporting new product launches and development projects from a technical perspective, keeping projects moving and raising any potential issues or delays.
  • Managing technical queries and product complaints, working with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to reach a timely resolution.
  • Completing and maintaining customer and product specifications, supporting documentation and technical databases.

  • Why this role

This is a great opportunity to join an established and successful food business where the Technical team plays an important part in both day to day operations and future product development.

You will have the opportunity to work across NPD, product quality, specifications, supplier management and customer technical support, giving you a genuinely varied position rather than being focused on one area alone.

You’ll also work closely with multiple departments and external partners, making this an excellent role for someone who wants to broaden their technical experience, build stronger commercial awareness and continue developing their career within the food industry.

The business places a strong emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, accountability, quality and continued development.
