Alexander Steele Recruitment is working with an established Scottish retail business to recruit an outgoing, confident and personable Retail Concierge for its flagship store in the heart of Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys being at the centre of the action and has the personality to make a lasting first impression.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the store, positioned both outside and within the premises, engaging with passing visitors, creating interest and encouraging customers to step inside and explore a fantastic range of Scottish heritage clothing and products.
What are we looking for?
- A naturally outgoing, confident and approachable personality.
- Someone who enjoys engaging with people and isn't afraid to strike up a conversation.
- Smart, presentable and comfortable wearing a distinctive tartan suit.
- A natural ability to attract attention, create interest and draw customers into the store.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience would be beneficial, but personality and attitude are key.
This isn't your typical retail position. We're looking for someone with real presence, bags of personality and the confidence to represent a well-established Scottish retail brand in one of Edinburgh's most prominent locations.
