We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join their team and lead their production operations to continued success.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of their food manufacturing facility, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement.
- Operational Leadership: Manage and lead the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. Foster a positive working environment and promote continuous learning and development. Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
