Are you a hands-on Process Technologist who enjoys being on the factory floor, solving problems and turning data into real improvements?
’m working with a leading food manufacturer who is looking for a Process Technologist to join their team in Corby.

- Use data and factory observations to improve yield, waste, efficiency and product consistency
- Analyse trial results and make recommendations for process and product improvements
- Support new product development, launches and existing product optimisation
- Work closely with NPD, Production, Technical, Procurement and suppliers
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and attend customer trials/panels and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and translate these into practical improvements within manufacturing
- Support the approval and introduction of alternative materials and suppliers
- Monitor product quality and recipe performance, balancing quality, consistency and cost
- Act as a technical bridge between the customer, manufacturing sites and internal teams
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence

Experience working with waste, yield, efficiency and quality KPIs
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Confidence dealing with customers and suppliers
A willingness to travel to customer and manufacturing sites
Level 3 Food Safety — or willingness to achieve this within your first year

The person
This is for someone who likes being on the plant , getting stuck into problems and seeing improvements happen.
