Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a leading branded food manufacturing business. The organisation are now looking to appoint a new Factory Operations Manager, on an initial 12 month contract, to join them on their next stage of growth.
Reporting into the Operations Director, the Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery.
On Offer:
- £90,000 - £100,000 annual salary.
- Car allowance.
- Annual bonus of 15%.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
