We’re working with a well-established food manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Site Training Coordinator to support site operations and own the end-to-end training experience. This is a key site-based role, partnering closely with Operations, Technical, HSE and HR to ensure training is effective, compliant, and audit-ready.
The Role:
- Coordinate and deliver a structured induction journey (Day 1–30/60/90) and ongoing operational training.
- Own and maintain the site training matrix, ensuring statutory, mandatory and role-based compliance.
- Deliver engaging blended training (classroom, on-the-job, digital) and assess competence through observation.
- Manage training records, reporting, and KPI tracking to support audit readiness.
- Work cross-functionally to align training plans with production requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness using feedback and evaluation methods.
