I am recruiting for a Production Shift to lead night shift operations in Halifax. This is a key frontline leadership role with responsibility across Production, Packing, and Warehouse, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while delivering against key supply chain KPIs. This role offers clear progression opportunities for ambitious leaders looking to develop within a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage night shift operations across production, packing, and warehouse, ensuring delivery of safety, quality, cost, and service targets.
- Act as the senior point of contact on nights, proactively managing people, performance, and operational challenges across all departments.
- Drive efficiency improvements and waste reduction through clear action plans, effective labour planning, and strong SAP utilisation.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, hygiene, and customer quality standards at all times.
- Develop, coach, and manage colleagues through effective communication, performance management, skills development, and engagement.
