Following a period of significant growth, the business is now seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their at their Head Office in Bedfordshire.

The Role:
As HR Manager, you will lead and develop a skilled HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development
- Making informed, evidence-based decisions that drive business outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures to support performance and engagement
- Managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and redundancies
- Championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective engagement strategies
- Driving the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) agenda
The Candidate:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional with proven experience in a senior HR role. You will ideally bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager
- CIPD qualification
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Change management expertise
- Experience within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Confident HR systems knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
