Process Engineer in Hitchin

Alexander Steele are working exclusively with a global food manufacturing business to recruit a Process Engineer for their site in Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team, this is a multifaceted role encompassing R&D, engineering, technical, and production support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to enhance process and product quality through continuous improvement.
• Use Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with the maintenance department and production team leaders.
• Contribute to major Capex projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

On offer:

• Annual Salary up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday – 40 hours p.w – days
• 31 days AL and Company Pension
