An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead the people agenda across a multi-site manufacturing platform within the UK business. This is a senior leadership role combining both strategic and operational HR leadership, supporting a workforce across multiple manufacturing locations.
Reporting into the Group People & Culture Director and sitting on the UK Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping organisational culture, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting ongoing transformation and integration activity across the business. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically at leadership level whilst remaining hands-on across operational HR matters within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the People & Culture strategy across multiple UK manufacturing sites
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support transformation, integration, and organisational change initiatives
- Drive cultural alignment and consistency across a number of established businesses
- Support and develop leadership capability across site management teams
- Lead, coach, and develop site-based HR teams
- Manage complex employee relations matters and provide commercially focused HR guidance
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Champion employee engagement, talent development, and retention strategies
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation
- Build strong relationships across operational and central functions to drive business performance through people
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven senior HR / People leadership experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Strong background operating within complex, changing businesses, ideally involving integration or transformation activity
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational delivery
- Experience managing and developing HR teams across multiple locations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability at senior leadership level
- Deep understanding of employee relations within manufacturing environments
- Commercially minded with the ability to align people strategy to wider business objectives
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within fast-paced operational settings
- CIPD Level 7 qualified preferred
