A well-established food manufacturing business is looking to recruit a QA to join their Technical team. The ideal candidate has worked in a food manufacturing environment within a Quality Assurance role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support site compliance with food safety, quality and customer technical standards across shift operations.
- Monitor and communicate site performance relating to non-conformances, complaints, GMP and hygiene standards.
- Assist with managing food safety and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Deliver site inductions, training and coaching aligned with policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate non-conformance actions and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Support internal audits and verification activities aligned to the Food Safety Management System.
- Ensure environmental, raw material and finished product sampling is completed in line with schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audit readiness and compliance standards.
- Promote a strong right-first-time and GMP culture across production teams.
