Alexander Steele are delighted to be working with an exciting new hospitality venue opening in Edinburgh City Centre. This premium 70/30 bar and restaurant concept is looking for a hands-on Venue General Manager to lead the launch and build a standout destination.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation across both bar and restaurant
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing front of house management team
- Drive sales, profitability and labour performance while maintaining exceptional standards
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build a loyal local following
- Recruit, train and develop a passionate hospitality team
- Manage stock, costs, compliance and operational performance across the venue
- Work closely with the owners to grow the business as if it were your own
On Offer
- £40,000–£45,000 basic salary
