We are recruiting for a Brand & Guest Experience Coordinator to join a small, dynamic hospitality team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining guest experience with marketing support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership. This is a full-time, onsite position working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and on-call flexibility required.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience while supporting marketing activity across digital channels. As part of a small team, a flexible and proactive approach is essential.
- Managing guest bookings and information
- Acting as a point of contact for guest enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
- Supporting guests onsite and managing expectations
- Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
- Coordinating guest feedback and reviews
- Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Marketing & Brand Support
- Supporting and delivering marketing campaigns and promotions
- Managing and updating websites, social media, and digital platforms
- Assisting with email marketing and promotional content
- Creating basic photo and video content for marketing use
- Supporting brand consistency across all communications
- Tracking and reporting on marketing activity and performance
About You
- Previous experience within hospitality (hotel, serviced apartments, or similar)
- Personable, professional, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Organised, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- An interest in marketing, digital content, and brand building
- Confident using social media and basic digital marketing tools
- A flexible team player happy to support across different areas of the business
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar is beneficial but not essential.
Working Pattern & Package
- Full-time, onsite role
- Typical hours 10am–6pm
- 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends)
- On-call and holiday cover as required
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
