Or perhaps you're already working within FMCG planning and want the opportunity to develop into a broader Demand Planning / S&OP role? I'm working with a market leading global FMCG manufacturer that is looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Demand Planner to join the team. What makes this opportunity different? This isn't simply a role focused on maintaining forecasts. You'll have exposure across: Demand forecasting & analysis Sales and commercial activity Production planning Supply Chain & Operations S&OP processes Customer demand and service levels Planning systems, reporting and data You'll play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, understanding demand drivers and helping the business make better planning decisions. We're looking for someone with: FMCG / Food Manufacturing planning experience Strong analytical and numerical capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with planning systems / data A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ambition to develop their career within Demand Planning / S&OP Experience with SAP, Sage or similar planning systems would be advantageous.
