The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that positively influence shopper behaviour, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility across our 'bricks and clicks' customer landscape. They will help to bridge the gap between the creation of the marketing assets by translating them into actionable materials for our customers in a language & format familiar to them. It's about aligning the strategies of the business and our customers.
By leveraging shopper insights and market trends, the role focuses on executing impactful marketing campaigns, optimising in-store and online experiences, and collaborating with customers to deliver profitable growth. Additionally, the specialist manages budgets, tracks performance, and ensures campaigns deliver strong ROI while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement shopper marketing strategies: aligned with brand and retail objectives.
- Drive Shopper Engagement: Execute strategies to influence shopper behaviour and enhance the in-store and digital shopping experience.
- Boost Sales: Design campaigns and promotions to increase product sales and meet revenue & profitability goals.
- Leverage Shopper Insights: Analyse shopper behaviour, market trends, and data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Enhance Brand Visibility: Create impactful marketing materials and collaborate with retailers to maximize brand presence at the point of purchase.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Customer Marketing Collateral: Create marketing tools, such as customer presentations for new product launches & marketing initiatives that are ready to use and customer specific for the sales team.
- Support for Sales: Translate the marketing strategy into tailored presentations and promotional plans for the top 10 customers.
- Support both the marketing team and front line sales manager with the tactical and strategic pillars to drive our sales across all our customers in both brick and clicks including vendor and seller platforms.
