This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation at the forefront of its sector, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 plus benefits.
As Quality Manager, you’ll lead the Quality Control team and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across the factory floor.
- Lead and manage the QC team on the factory floor to ensure adherence to internal and customer-specific quality standards.
- Support the quality assessment of raw materials, goods in storage, and throughout the production process, ensuring specifications are met and traceability is maintained.
- Oversee training of QC operators in the use of the Quality Assurance Manual and relevant systems across all stages – Intake, Online, and Dispatch.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the quality function.
- Manage quality staffing levels and recruitment as needed.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of HACCP.
Previous experience in a similar Quality or Technical role within food production or FMCG. Knowledge of BRCGS standards, HACCP, and quality systems.
