Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator On-Site | Supply Chain & Logistics | Full TimeAbout the Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy supply chain operation within a successful and established UK business.
This is a varied role combining logistics planning, transport coordination and supply chain administration. You will help ensure orders are planned accurately, dispatched efficiently and delivered in line with agreed service levels.
Working closely with transport providers, warehouse partners and internal teams, you will play an important role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly across both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate orders from planning through to dispatch and deliveryWork with hauliers and logistics partners to ensure transport is planned effectivelyMonitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues that may impact serviceCoordinate warehouse collections and dispatch activitySupport export shipments and international logistics requirementsMaintain accurate order, delivery and transport information across internal systemsCheck transport charges and supporting documentationLiaise closely with supply chain, warehouse and operational teamsManage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service levelsAbout You We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA confident communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholdersA natural problem solver who takes ownershipExperienced in logistics, supply chain, transport or a similar environmentConfident using Microsoft Office and business systemsAble to manage competing deadlines without losing accuracyFlexible, adaptable and commercially awareExperience within FMCG, transport, warehousing or export logistics would be advantageous, although strong candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
