Alexander Steele are delighted to be recruiting for an Export Coordinator on behalf of a global logistics and freight forwarding business based in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with freight forwarding or international logistics experience to join a growing operation and play a key role in managing ocean export shipments from booking through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.

Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders.

Ensure accurate export documentation and customs compliance.

Track shipments and provide updates to customers.

Manage invoicing and operational administration.

Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting deadlines.

About You Previous experience within freight forwarding, shipping or international logistics.

Knowledge of ocean export processes and documentation.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
