HR Business Partner in Devon

Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing, manufacturing business to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for their site in Devon. This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you will work closely with site leadership and managers, providing commercially focused people support while helping to develop an engaged, high-performing workforce. The position combines day to day operational HR with the opportunity to contribute to wider people initiatives, change projects and the continued development of the HR function. Whats on Offer £50,000 base salary Annual bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension 4 days on site and 1 day WFH Broad exposure across both operational and strategic HR The Role As HR Business Partner, you will: Build strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders, providing practical HR advice and coaching. Take the lead on a broad range of ER matters, including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary cases. Support organisational change, business improvement projects and evolving people initiatives. Use HR data and people metrics to identify trends and help inform workforce and business decisions. Support the attraction and retention of talent across both operational and professional functions. Play an active role in succession planning, talent reviews and performance development.
