The Alexander Pope pub & hotel is a stylish hub for Twickenham & Teddington, just a five-minute walk from Strawberry Hill Station. Our beautiful bedrooms are currently undergoing a complete renovation, with the pub and gardens set to follow. We're a favourite place to stay for guests visiting London, as well as those looking to enjoy everything Twickenham and the surrounding area has to offer. On rugby days, we're chock-a-block with guests and pre-match diners soaking up the atmosphere before heading to the game. With live music nights, our famous quiz nights and busy family Sundays, there's always something happening at the Alexander Pope.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Breakfast Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder, able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You'll definitely be a morning person – someone who's happy to get up early, start the day fresh and make sure our guests do too! You will enjoy working independently, be confident working unsupervised and have a great eye for detail, making sure everything is set up, presented and delivered exactly as it should be. Most importantly, you'll be a real people person: warm, friendly and genuinely brilliant with our guests. Breakfast is often the final part of a guest's stay with us, so you'll play a huge part in making sure they leave the Alexander Pope happy and wanting to come back.

We're looking for someone to work Monday to Friday, 6am-12 noon, giving you the benefit of an early finish and the rest of the day to yourself. Additional hours may also be available on an ad hoc basis. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
