We're looking for a General Manager for the Alexander Pope, a fantastic pub located in bustling Twickenham that comes complete with views of the Thames. This pub has plenty of trading space, including garden areas, private rooms and of course the 32 onsite bedrooms. We're looking for an experienced GM to lead this incredible pub with rooms onto the next phase of its journey. Currently undergoing a full investment in its bedrooms, with a further investment planned for the pub and garden in early 2027, it is an incredible time to join this community-focused pub.
Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
