  • Integrate with existing systems and contribute to the development of a cohesive sales technology platform aligned with strategic direction.
  • Work closely with sales, product, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

The skills you'll need

  • Strong engineering background delivering complex web applications in fast-paced environments, with a solid grounding in modern software engineering practices and proven use of XP/agile methodologies including TDD, acceptance testing, pair programming, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java Script, Type Script, React, HTML, and CSS, with experience building scalable, maintainable, and accessible user interfaces for business-critical applications.
  • Experience building microfrontend-based platforms for Real Time applications, including patterns for distributing streaming data, managing shared client context, coordinating cross-application communication, and maintaining UI performance under high-frequency update scenarios.
  • Understanding of Front End architecture concerns such as state management, performance optimisation, observability, resilience, security, and browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, monitoring, and operating production systems at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with product managers, designers, Back End engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences.

Desirable

  • Understanding of Front Office or revenue-generating technology within an investment bank.
