The Statement of Work Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of Statement of Work (So W) engagements.

This is a highly organised, fast-paced role focused on managing queries, maintaining accurate records, processing transactions and providing a high level of support to stakeholders.

Working closely with Nat West Group stakeholders, suppliers and AMS colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring So W activity is processed accurately and within agreed service levels.

You will act as a central point of contact for operational queries, helping to resolve issues, maintain data accuracy and support the smooth running of So W processes across multiple systems.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do

  • So W Administration & Coordination
  • Process and maintain Statement of Work records throughout their lifecycle.
  • Review and validate information to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the creation, amendment, extension and closure of So Ws.
  • Assist with purchase order, invoicing and receipting activities.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and ensure all activity is recorded correctly.
  • Follow established processes and service levels to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Support supplier onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Stakeholder Support & Query Management
  • Manage and respond to queries received through shared team mailboxes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on processes, system navigation and general operational queries.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure positive stakeholder outcomes.
  • Build effective working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Escalate complex issues where required and track them through to resolution.
  • Data & Reporting Support
  • Monitor transactions and assist with identifying and resolving processing issues.
  • Complete regular checks to ensure information is accurate and compliant.
  • Support reconciliation activities and administrative reporting requirements.
  • Produce and maintain reports to support operational activity and stakeholder requests.
  • Assist with maintaining process documentation and user guidance materials.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Support testing, process updates and system changes when required.
  • Help maintain training materials and team documentation.
  • Participate in team projects and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with shared mailboxes and case/query management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Workday or Oracle
  • Recruitment Operations, MSP, RPO or Procurement experience
  • Understanding of purchase orders and invoicing processes
