We at AMS are seeking an enthusiastic Field Visitor to support our client across multiple locations in the UK. This is a 12 month temporary role with potential for extension.
Role Overview
As a Field Visitor, you will travel to pre-selected residential addresses to remind occupants to complete an online survey. Most participants will complete the survey independently, but you may occasionally need to offer light assistance, such as helping them access the survey on their own device or, in rare cases, using equipment you bring to the visit. The role requires a professional, reassuring presence and the ability to engage respectfully with a wide range of households.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned addresses within scheduled time windows.
- Remind residents to complete an online survey and confirm participation.
- Provide basic support if participants have difficulty accessing the survey or lack suitable equipment (this is infrequent).
- Record visit outcomes accurately and maintain clear documentation.
- Represent the project with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Working Pattern
Average of 22 hours per week.
Morning: 09:00–12:00
Afternoon: 12:00–18:00
Evening: 18:00–20:00
Field Visitors are expected to work across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Some administrative or travel time may fall outside these hours.
Pay and Start Date
£13.25 per hour (national rate)
