The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 £ per year.
The Senior Manager will work with Barclays on their operational delivery, budget management, relationship management and leadership of BUK and BX within a large complex solution on a Global basis.
They will also support the Client Operations Director (COD) /Client Director (CD) in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs and client satisfaction targets (with accountability for these aspects in their specific area)., Leadership

Accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to team. Ensure they understand the account’s commercial model, and their role in helping achieve its

Lead on-site and virtual teams, including regular/ongoing performance, development,

engagement and wellbeing conversations

Accountability for issue resolution, supporting Managers and Recruiters to resolve at the

appropriate level

People – retention of AMS talent especially High Potentials through performance management and continuous development, and by creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Regular talent review and succession planning.

Achieve targeted year-on-year improvement in Candidate NPS – CSAT scores

Work closely with the AMS Account Teams to ensure client satisfaction in line with target

and to scope any enhancements / changes to the service – working closely with AMS Team Leaders to evaluate any impact on the team size / structure

Embed AMS services into client solution-to improve delivery and ensure account growth

Present continuous improvement opportunities per year

Driving continuous improvement projects successfully to agreed annual target (i.e. via location strategy, effective resourcing or process efficiencies)

Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with identified senior client

Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, related

strategic projects and increasing the scope of the service within account (in collaboration

Operations, Compliance and Finance

Lead team in the delivery against targets, budget, SLAs and contractually agreed service

Manage utilisation and capacity effectively

Monitor the account’s Key Performance Indicators and forecasts

Maintain & create and lead financial forecast and associated monthly and quarterly business review materials

Manage the scope, governance and compliance of the contract through team activity;

Ensure compliance to AMS Risk Management Framework, including the identification

Deep knowledge and experience of Early Careers & Campus hiring

Experience working in the Financial Services space

Demonstrable, deep understanding of Talent/Early Careers Recruitment Solutions.

Experience of using subject matter experts as appropriate to deliver projects

Ability to motivate team to deliver against set targets and drive organization performance

Subject matter expertise in local early careers recruitment practices such as campus marketing strategies, recruitment models or best practice recruitment.

Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases

Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, compliance elements for contractors) and ability to guide and advise clients on legislation

Proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix organization, managing large global teams with a mix of direct/indirect/matrixed reports

Demonstrable experience of managing global teams and leading Operations Manager to coach, develop and performance manage their own teams
