The Role
At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong capability in stakeholder engagement, consultative recruitment, and market advisory, and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer stage
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a consultative recruitment experience
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and advisory support to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, sourcing partners, and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment and sourcing team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement through clear communication and proactive management
- Support hiring activity within a well-established client account environment
Skills & Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience managing the recruitment processes
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers with confidence
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Nice-to-have:
- Experience recruiting within complex corporate or outsourced recruitment environments
- Previous recruitment experience within insurance or financial services environments
- Exposure to client-facing recruitment partnerships
- Internal recruitment experience within regulated industries
